How to Make Meatball Potato


Ingredients :

1.      3 Meatballs beef or chicken, halved
2.      200 g of mashed potato
3.      Salt and pepper to taste
4.      1 egg, for gluten flour  panir

6.      Oil, for frying
7.      Lettuce
8.      Tomato
9.      Sauce

How to Make:

1.      Prepare tools and ingredients
2.      Steamed potatoes until cooked,
3.      Peel the potatoes until clean from the skin
4.      Then mashed potato until smooth.
5.      Mix potatoes that have been pounded with pepper, and salt to taste
6.      Prepare meatballs that have been cut into two

8.      Wrap meatballs which had been cleaved with about 1 tablespoon of potato dough, form spheres.
9.      Save circle potatoes in the refrigerator about 30 minutes.
10.  After 30 minutes, remove the potato balls from the refrigerator.
11.  After the Beat eggs, prepare flour  panir in a container.
12.  Heat the oil in a frying pan, take the dough one by one, enter the beaten egg, then rolling flour panir, and then fried. Lift when the ball's been cooked and golden.
13.  Ready potato meatballs served.
